Transformed utterly

TNYA had an impressive showing at yesterday's Asphalt Green meet. As one teammate remarked, "We channeled our inner mermaids."

This morning, the Easter Bunny delivered this goody-filled workout:
12 x 75 swim/kick/swim IM order
6 x 200 free (50 ez after each 200)
3 x 100 BK

2 x 100 BR

200 ez
