Weekend service changes
Martha and I have been prepping for a short course yards meet in Nassau County. The competition (and three ill-fitting pants) has given me extra motivation to train.

That is a great workout - unfortunately not suited to crowded lane swim! - but I am printing it out for some moment when I have a lane to swim in and nothing to organize me...
