This morning's practice fed our little middle distance souls. Here's the main set of the workout:

6 x 200 FR
5 x 100 IM
6 x 50 (FL/BK odds, FR evens)
30 seconds rest

4 x 200 FR
3 x 100 IM
5 x 50 (BR/FR odds, FR evens)
30 seconds rest

2 x 200 FR
1 x 100 IM
4 x 50 FR
30 seconds rest
